Lifematics Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will appropriately manage and handle the personal information of applicants in accordance with this Policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
By applying for employment with the Company, you are required to read and agree to both the Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Article 1 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

Personal information provided by applicants will be used only for the following purposes:

• Decisions during the recruitment and selection process

• Communications with applicants

• Personnel and labor management after hiring

Article 2 (Handling of Documents and Electronic Data)

Documents provided by applicants will not be returned, regardless of whether the applicant is hired.
Documents or electronic data submitted will be appropriately managed by the Company and disposed of or deleted at the appropriate time.
The Company bears no obligation to the applicant regarding the storage or disposal of such documents or electronic data.

Article 3 (Exclusions)

Even if a submission takes the form of a job application to the Company, if its content is deemed not to constitute an application, it will not be covered by this Policy.

Article 4 (When Personal Information Cannot Be Provided)

If an applicant does not provide the personal information designated by the Company, the applicant will not be able to apply for employment.
