In 1999, created his own business as a freelance software engineer to support pharma companies and established Level five limited private company with "people working with social significance in mind, and with a sense of mission". In 2004, established Level five Co., Ltd. (later renamed to Lifematics, Inc.).

Completed his course of Geophysics at Tohoku University. Worked at Nihon Unisys, Ltd., then Accenture. Joined Level five CO., Ltd (former company name) in 2015. Representative officer of MI-6 Inc., associate professor at the National Institute of Informatics, visiting researcher of Waseda University. Received Ph.D. in Informatics from SOKENDAI (The Graduate University for Advanced Studies)


Seiji Ohta

Managed the construction of a number of national high-standard highways at Marubeni Construction Material Lease Co., Ltd. from 1996. Transitioned to a career in informaiton technology, and then joined Level five limited private company in 2000. Established Level five's IT infrastructure business, one of the company's core business areas.

Currently also serves as a regional creation advisor at Yamaguchi University.
